Summary

The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a Junior Data Officer to join our dedicated staff to support Justin Trudeau and our Liberal team’s progress to build a better Canada.

Reporting to the Salesforce Administrator & Coordinator, the Junior Data Officer performs information management duties for the organization that include data administration, management, analysis, and interpretation. The Data officer is also responsible for routine administrative functions in support of the department.

What you’ll be doing

  • Perform data hygiene tasks to standardize and validate data
  • Improve data quality through enforcing protocols, quality-control checking, finding and fixing errors
  • Validate data migration requirements and testing results
  • Provide support to investigate, quantify, and resolve data issues
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Execute test scenarios and document results
  • Other tasks as required

You’ll need to have

  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Working knowledge of database concepts
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files at once
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is an asset

Your working conditions

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and operational objectives
  • Occasional Overtime may be required
  • Permanent, Full-Time Position
